Hello People.
I've been waking up pretty late nowadays (read:1pm to 2pm at most), left me feeling like a pig. Seriously.
Skipped dinner a lot of times due to stop myself from being fat.
So the only proper and heavy meal that I've been taking is just brunch since I don't wake up early anymore.
& if I'm still feeling hungry at night, I'll eat two slices of whole wheat bread and I won't feel hungry no more.
Yes, this is some tips my dear people(:

1) Training is v v fun and awesome because my 217 batch was all the gerek people adding up w my cousin also.
2) The boys are also fun to be hanging out w because they are still funny as ever.
3) R Day is on the 12th, so fast nak mampos can? I'm not even prepared for the worst. -.-
4) Sp, Np& maybeeee Nyp Open House on Saturday w Lovelies.
